The yummiest and easiest nutrient dense breakfast the whole family can enjoy! It’s heavy in protein to help you start your day off right.
This is a recipe even my kids love and beg for.

Nutrient Dense Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 10 eggs
- 1 lb diced potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup bone broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick spray
- Whisk eggs together
- Put 1lb of breakfast sausage in a frying pan with bone broth
- Optional: add 3 capsules of dessicated beef liver from Perfect Supplements
- Brown sausage and drain liquid
- Add 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups of milk
- Stir & Season with salt and pepper
- Layer casserole:1st: diced potatoes and any additional veggies2nd: eggs poured over3rd: sausage gravy4th: top with cheese
- Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes
