Nutrient Dense Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 lb diced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup bone broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray
  • Whisk eggs together
  • Put 1lb of breakfast sausage in a frying pan with bone broth
  • Optional: add 3 capsules of dessicated beef liver from Perfect Supplements
  • Brown sausage and drain liquid
  • Add 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups of milk
  • Stir & Season with salt and pepper
  • Layer casserole:
    1st: diced potatoes and any additional veggies
    2nd: eggs poured over
    3rd: sausage gravy
    4th: top with cheese
  • Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes
