Breakfast Sausage

flour

milk

diced potatoes

shredded cheese

bone broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray
Whisk eggs together
Put 1lb of breakfast sausage in a frying pan with bone broth
Optional: add 3 capsules of dessicated beef liver from Perfect Supplements
Brown sausage and drain liquid
Add 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups of milk
Stir & Season with salt and pepper
Layer casserole:
1st: diced potatoes and any additional veggies
2nd: eggs poured over
3rd: sausage gravy
4th: top with cheese
Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes
