Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 Cups King Arthur gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups pure organic maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Then add the eggs and vanilla.
  • Add the flour mixture a little bit at a time until fully blended.
  • Add the chocolate chips and blend until mixed in.
  • Drop cookie dough into small balls on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
